We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Live or perishable items: Koi, sturgeon, marine fish, corals, frozen foods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted, such as:

  • Items not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
