Ctenochaetus strigosus

The Yellow Eye Kole Tang (Ctenochaetus strigosus), also known as the Bristletooth Tang, is a striking marine fish with a distinctive yellow eye ring and fine blue body markings. An active natural grazer, it feeds on microalgae and detritus around live rock, making it a useful addition to a mature reef aquarium. Generally reef safe, it requires a spacious tank, stable water conditions and a varied algae-rich diet.
