NT Labs FMG Mixture

FMG is a mixture of Malachite Green and Formalin formulated for treating sick Koi with parasite or fungus infections. NT Labs FMG provides the same effective treatment as the two individual components used separately. This ready mixed Koi treatment eliminates the need to mix separate treatments. FMG is stronger than other proprietary mixtures which means this product should not be used when sensitive fish such as Golden Orfe or Sturgeon are present.
FMG can be used in Ponds with low level salt with no detrimental side effects.
Dosage Rates:
- NT Labs FMG Mixture 250ml – Treats 9000 litres / 2000 gallons
- NT Labs FMG Mixture 500ml – Treats 18000 litres / 4000 gallons
- NT Labs FMG Mixture 1 Litre – Treats 36000 litres / 8000 gallons
- NT Labs FMG Mixture 2.5 Litre – Treats 91000 litres / 20000 gallons
Instructions for use:
- Switch off UV untill all the colour of the treatment has gone from your pond.
- Wait 10 days after the final dose before treating with any other pond medication.
- If you feel that a repeat dose is necessary, check your diagnosis carefully, a different medication may be more suitable.
- DO NOT treat with water temperatures below 10 degrees or over 30 degrees.
- Remove any Carbon or Zeolite from the filter or pond.
- Top up your filter with live bacteria as treatments damages filter bacteria.
- DO NOT USE WITH ORFE, RUDD, TENCH OR STERLETS.
